  The day of today (January 5,) Nex is unleashed on Old School Runescape after 90% of the community approved the update. Players can now team together in clans with up to 80 players to fight the boss. As per the official announcement OSRS Gold, Nex is also able to be fought solo on a private account. Instances can be unlocked after you complete The Hard Combat Achievements tier, following which you can purchase an account for 150,000 GP in entry. The higher Combat Achievement tiers lower this cost.
  
  Dwelling in The Ancient Prison beneath the God Wars Dungeon, Nex can only be entered once those who have played the game have completed the Desert Treasure quest and a miniquest to unlock this Frozen Door. This access point, which is frozen, has existed since the time that the Dungeon was launched but has been locked up, to this point! When inside the Prison, players must crush through a massive army (featuring Spiritual Warriors, Mages, Rangers, and Blood Reavers) before they can reach Nex herself.
  
  Fighting off Nex can earn players rewards like an Ancient Godsword, Zaryte crossbow and the iconic Torva armor set, and much more. Everyone who participates in the contest is likely to win an exclusive item as well as the best players winning more valuable items.
  
  The recommended level requirements for taking on Nex are 70 Ranged and 70 Strength 70 Agility, 70 Hitpoints.
