Overview

  • This person will assume the Head of Operations position, with key responsibilities for managing all daily operations within the clients International operational hub in Frankfurt.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Operations professional to play a leadership role in the expansion of our Clients' European Wealth Management/ Private Banking operation based in Frankfurt. This person will be responsible for supervising all daily operations for the German onshore business as well as the expansion and on-boarding of key E.U clients.

    Candidates MUST have a strong track record within Wealth Management and/ or Private Banking with a particular focus on German and European markets, ensuring that customer service meets the required standards and client relationships are maintained to the highest level. They will be fluent German speakers and have significant experience of leading and managing multi-cultural operational (trade reconciliation, payments, settlements, corporate actions) and client servicing teams across a number of European markets. Experience of managing outsourced service providers is also essential.

    This is a high profile position within a growing organisation that presents the opportunity for the successful applicant to make a significant contribution to a highly visible international operations centre within the client. This person will have extensive experience within core middle and back office operations, but also the personality and relationship management skills to drive operational change and restructuring.
