Overview

  • The Reebok elliptical cross trainer offers 16 challenging programmes: 12 pre-set, 1 manual mode, 1 heart rate control, 1 user-defined and 1 watts mode.  It also enables body fat measurement in just 8 seconds with the use of hand pulse sensors, as well as fitness level evaluation in so called recovery mode – by measuring how quickly the heart rate “recovers” over a period of 1 minute. This data is very useful to determine where you are on the road to fitness and gives you a rating from poor to outstanding. The heart rate control mode calculates the target heart rate by applying a simple formula based on the user’s age. Additionally, the user defined mode allows for choosing the difficulty level and length of the workout, while in the watts mode the console displays power consumption during exercising.

The Reebok elliptical cross trainer has a 7kg (15.4lbs) flywheel that provides quiet and smooth performance, and a 19” stride that ensures comfortable workouts for a great range of users. The machine offers 32 levels of computer-controlled resistance and various programmes ensuring highly effective training sessions. The cross trainer is equipped with a single LCD console that provides detailed feedback on speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, RPM and Watts, while heart rate measurement with the is easily achieved with the use of handlebar-located pulse sensors.
