He turned unstoppable and around 1999-2000, he variegated into the business of automobiles and gradually brought up a new fortune of building and construction sector in Bhopal which is now famed as CI Builders. 

His movement with real estate took the pace of success contiguously and as time and success went on CI group got into the dealership of Hyundai Motors India Limited, at Bhopal. Today CI Group is also the dealers of Mahindra Motors India in Bhopal. CI Group has won the heart of many and many customers in terms of performance, trust and reliability in all three verticals. The company believes that it is not just an end and lot more has to be achieved and improved.
