Group Overview

D.M.R. Textiles has integrated facilities for manufacturing undergarments. Right from spinning, knitting and garmenting all are undertaken at our own facilities located at various parts of India. Our spinning unit at Tirupur with an installed capacity of 25,000 spindles has all facilities right from blow room to post spinning including process house, which enable us to produce all yarn with counts ranging from 10s to 100s and sewing threads for both industrial and domestic use. 

Our garment manufacturing unit is located at Tirupur (Tamil Nadu) producing about 24,000 pcs/day of undergarments and about 5000 pieces of other outer wear per day. Our spinning, knitting and Garment units have been well-equipped with the state-of-the-art machineries, equipments and skilled workforce to manufacture high quality cotton yarns and threads, fabrics and garments. The sophisticated facilities rightly support our commitment of providing the best quality of international standards to our customers.

Since, raw materials for manufacturing undergarment are obtained from our own spinning and knitting units, we assure high standard quality. Moreover, stringent quality control policy is continually followed for manufacturing 100% quality oriented products. Each and every single piece is designed and produced to give maximum comfort to the wearer.
