Tata Motors Ltd. has, in view of it’s upcoming launch of Passenger Vehicle “Tata Tiago” has decided to release an offer for it’s Customer(s). Under the offer the 05 lucky customers get an opportunity to travel to Spain and meet the great football player Lionel Messi (the Global Brand Ambassador of Tata Motors). (hereinafter referred to as “Tata Tiago Meet Messi Offer or Promotional Offer or Offer”) The details of the offer and its terms & conditions are explained herein below:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering to participate and avail the offer in the Tata Tiago Meet Messi Offer. Registering to avail the Offer indicates that you have accepted the below mentioned terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will not be eligible to avail the Offer.

1. Eligibility: The free-to-enter offer/s are open only to legal residents of India except TN & Pondicherry. The customer should be above eighteen (18) years of age as on 10th Mar 2016. Employees, agents or officers of Tata Motors Limited (TML) or of any entity involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of the offers/s including any advertising or promotion agency, parent company, service provider, subsidiary or affiliate of any such entity or any other entity directly associated with TML or any member of the immediate family of and/or person living in the same household as such persons, including but not limited to TML, are ineligible to enter the promotion.
2. Tata Tiago promotion details:
   • (a) For availing the Offer Customers are required to book Tata Tiago, either Online or at TML's Authorized Dealership and become eligible to avail the Offer. Customer shall visit it's nearest TML Authorized Dealership showroom to test drive and book the Tata Tiago, post which the Customer will be eligible to avail this offer.
   • (b) The Offer can be availed from 0800 hrs on 10th March, 2016 and shall continue till 2000 hrs on 27th March, 2016. Customer has to make full payment on or before 2000 Hrs on 10th April, 2016 to avail this promotional offer.
   • (c) The Customers have to book a Tata Tiago (T&C of Booking of Tata Tiago will be available on the website for online booking or shall be provided separately to the Customer at the time of booking of Tata Tiago) to avail the Offer. In case the Customer pre-books the Tata Tiago Online, once the pre-book formalities are completed by the Customer, an SMS requesting for the response of the Customer to the question "I love Tata Tiago because…...? If in case the Customer pre-books the Tata Tiago at Authorized Dealership, the Customer would be asked a question "I love Tata Tiago because…...?" and the response to which will be given by the Customer in writing at the Dealership. They need to write their response in most creative manner after their booking of Tata Tiago. From all the entries submitted, the first 50 qualifiers shall be declared based on best/most creatively written response to the above question. The Criteria for judging the written response will be on the basis of creativity and relevance. The Final 05 winners will be selected by TML using random number method in presence of an internal auditor. The selected winners will be informed 30 days after the end of the campaign by telephone/e-mail.
