Pros: Falls were really amazing.

Cons: The place is very popular so as a drawback it was over crowded too

Summary: It is an amazing site to behold. Make it a priority if you are near by and don't just look at the falls, walk around goat island the river leading up to the falls is spectacular as well.

Pros: I'm not sure how to review a wonder of the world, so to speak. It's wonderful. Water goes over a cliff and makes mist. A lot. Explaining it is pointless; just go and see it.

Pros: The tour itinerary was brilliantly planned. It was great going on this trip.

Cons: I expected more natural beauty at the place but it was over crowded.

Summary: What a great tour and a good deal all in one! It was an all in one trip for me. Enjoyed each and every moment of it.

The Good: The Best of Switzerland in best manner. Tour was good and ended very well.

The Bad: Once you have booked the tour, customer service representatives do not bother to answer your queries. It would be better to clear all your queries before booking itself.

For Parillo's Armory Grill

The Good: Mouth watering Italian food.

The Bad: They are difficult to reach but worth putting the efforts as food served is top class

The Good: They are punctual and very Professional.

The Bad: I was not much happy with their customer service. I called to book the cab in urgency and I was kept on hold for some time.

Conclusion: Great Service. Loved their professionalism and time punctuality.
