Allied Resins & Chemicals (A unit of ARCL Organics Ltd.), is a 56 year old chemical company based in Calcutta, established in 1959. It was the first to make formaldehyde and powder resins in India. Today it is the largest Formaldehyde based downstream Chemical Complex. It is also the producer of UF ( Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder), MF (Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Powder) and PF (Phenol Formaldehyde Resin Powder) & MUF (Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder) and PF (Phenol Formaldehyde Resin Powder). It is also the largest exporter of resins. 

RCL is one of the largest producers of powder resins at a single location. Recently ARCL purchased the Urea Formaldehyde Resin business of Atul, formerly named Cibatul, part of Ciba-Giegy of Switzerland. The Phenol Formaldehyde Spray Dried Powder Resin Plant was brought from Canada, North America along with American Know-how. ARCL is the only producer of Phenol Formaldehyde Powder Resins in the whole of Asia today. As a result of all the above mergers & acquisitions, the company today has the experience and know-how from all over the world coupled with its strong R&D of over 50 years.

As a pioneer in Resin Manufacturing in Asia, ARCL has both the experience and the network to service its clients in every part of the world. Our success in the markets we operate in and the customers we serve has been based on a willingness to listen intently to our customers' needs and this focus has led to sustained growth during our company's existence. Our client base is spread over 40 countries and we are the largest exporter of resins from India.
