Recently ARCL purchased the Urea Formaldehyde Resin business of Atul, formerly named Cibatul, part of Ciba-Giegy of Switzerland. The Phenol Formaldehyde Spray Dried Powder Resin Plant was brought from Canada, North America along with American Know-how. ARCL is the only producer of Phenol Formaldehyde Powder Resins in the whole of Asia today. As a result of all the above mergers & acquisitions, the company today has the experience and know-how from all over the world coupled with its strong R&D of over 50 years.
As a pioneer in Resin Manufacturing in Asia, ARCL has both the experience and the network to service its clients in every part of the world.
